What does “all custom” mean here?

Every tattoo is designed for the person who wears it. Large Polynesian pieces are usually drawn freehand on the skin and built over several sessions, and many clients come back for years to extend a sleeve, chest panel or back piece. The shop also offers pre-drawn flash designs as a starting point.

Ohana

Hawaiian and Polynesian culture runs through the shop, from the patterning in the work to the way the shop talks to its clients: “Mahalo for always supporting brah!!” and “Happiness is.. Ohana!” It’s a small, family-style studio, and clients often travel a long way to get work done.
